Delete your Slotify account

You can ask us to delete your Slotify account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to make that request, what happens to your data, and how long it takes.
How to request deletion
Option 1 — Email us
Send a deletion request to support@slotify.biz and include the phone number registered to your account. We need it to locate and verify the account before deleting anything. Please send the request from your registered email address if you have one on file.
Option 2 — From inside the app
Open the Slotify app and go to Profile → Help & Support → Email Support. That opens a message already addressed to our support team — write “Delete my account” and send it. Your request is handled the same way as Option 1.
What happens next
We verify that the request comes from the account holder, then confirm by reply. Verified requests are actioned within 7 working days. Your account is disabled as soon as the request is verified, so you will be signed out and will not be able to place new orders or bookings.
If you have an order or booking still in progress, we will complete or cancel it first — we cannot delete an account mid-delivery without leaving the vendor and delivery partner unable to finish the job.
What is deleted, and what is kept

Why some records are kept. A completed order is also a financial transaction. Indian tax and accounting law requires a business to be able to produce its invoices and transaction records for a statutory period, so we cannot delete them on request. These retained records are kept strictly for that statutory purpose — they are not used to contact you, to profile you, or for any commercial purpose, and they are deleted once the retention period expires.
